Smart-I Database Purchase & Rental Service provides the flexibility to our customers in using Smart-I qualified database for their internal and external activities.

Smart-I provides the multi-dimensional selection criteria for our customers to purchase or rent the targeted data.  The selection criteria shall be downloaded below:

Nowadays, data protection is essential for database management. Smart-I possessed the data
encryption technique with unique username, password and data usage period.  Our customer
can easily access the delivered data by downloading online or by mailing CD/ DVD.

For providing the qualified services to our customers, Smart-I implemented the Quality Assurance guideline to minimize the impact due to data validation.  If there are any invalid
data in key attributes (i.e. company name, contact person, wrong phone number) within 2 months
of data delivery, Smart-I shall verify with the invalid data and replace with the valid data without any additional charge.
