Nowadays, database is undoubtedly essential for every corporate to run on their marketing activities.
However, collecting and verifying the new database is costly to a lot of customers.

Database Acquisition Workflow:
Smart-I will first match with customer existing database for de-duplication of
existing data attributes or elements. After de-duplicated, the new data
will be inputted or acquired by telemarketers. Then, the acquired new
data will be checked by our database professions to ensure the data
accuracy and quality. Finally, the new data will be integrated with the
customer provided database based on customer required format.
For
Quality Assurance, if there are any invalid data in key attributes
(i.e. company name, contact person, wrong phone number) within 2 months
of data delivery, Smart-I shall verify with the invalid data and replace
with the valid data without any additional charge.
